Daniel Irving, Novosound’s Executive Product Development Manager, has been awarded a place on the Royal Academy of Engineering’s prestigious Schott Scale-Up Accelerator programme.

The Schott Scale-Up Accelerator supports individuals in executive roles to develop their leadership skills in high-growth engineering and technology SMEs which display excellence in engineering. Places on the programme are gained through a competitive application process with the best applicants awarded a place on the accelerator programme and lifetime membership of the Royal Academy’s Enterprise Hub.

Commenting on the accelerator programme, Dan said:

"As someone who is passionate about engineering and technology, I am delighted to be accepted on the Royal Academy of Engineering’s prestigious Scale Up Accelerator programme. The programme allows me the opportunity to formalise my knowledge and skills in leadership and management whilst continuing to lead Novosound’s technical engineering team on our exciting and ambitious product development roadmap. The training and coaching will cement my leadership skillset and the networking will guide and support me through the challenges of growing a technical company”.
